According to Patimah, there are a fews important things that makes her nasi lemak became famous!:-
§ The Beauty of Gingers – That brings the great aroma on her sambal & coconut fragrant rice.
§ Watch-Out on Health – Not too much Coconut milk, just enough for the fragrant will do…
§ Well-Cooked Rice – This will ensure the nasi lemak to have good texture and can last till evening.

Her passion in cooking had brought her back into this food industry supplying her very famous Nasi Lemak and other catering services too. What makes her satisfied is when she sees client enjoyed her food and continuously come back for her.
Patimah said she still remember one early morning, when she was busy packing the food at her stall. From a distance she heard an innocent voice saying, “Ibu-ibu… saya nak makan Nasi Lemak KLCC!” Mainly because of the packaging, which resemble as tall building / tower. “The boy’s sentence had always trigger my sweet memories in this business”, said Patimah. This is how she got its name as Nasi Lemak KLCC.
Patimah Own Nasi Lemak Recipe
Patimah Ruslina, a HR Exec turn Entrepreneur Lady with her special recipe of Nasi Lemak. Back in 2005, she started her very first nasi lemak stall along pantai dalam, which well-known
as Bangsar South
now.
Her stall is the only one that starts packing home around 10am, as she finished selling
her nasi lemak. In 2006, her ex-boss requested her to help out in the business as a HR & Admin Support.
